
Carl English has made Fatima Academy and the Cape Shore very proud. Since graduating from Fatima in 1998, Carl has made quite a name for himself, accepting a scholarship and a position on the NCAA Hawaiian Basketball team. He has won several awards over the years, including being nominated for the "All America and Player of the Year" award. His career achievements speak volumes of Carl's dedication and commitment to his team and his love for the sport.
English has been part of Canada Basketball (a non-profit organization and the governing body for basketball in Canada, founded in 1923) since 2000. He has been a crucial component of the Canadian national basketball team in recent years and spent the summer of 2008 playing with the Canadian national team, trying to help them qualify for the 2008 Olympics. Currently he plays with the pro club Saski Baskonia.
So Carl, we here at Fatima Academy want to wish you the best, and let you know that we are rooting for you. Never forget your roots and remember the "SKY IS THE LIMIT".
