I am going to do my news report on Mr. Lar Barry.  I am going to do it on where Mr. Barry got swept into the water by a huge wave.  It all happened down at St. Bride’s wharf.  It all started Thursday, September 23, 1999, early that morning.  He got swept into the water while trying to save his boat.  He was putting more ropes on the boat so it wouldn’t get destroyed like all the other boats.  So while he was on his way out, he got swept into the water.  He got swept into the water by a huge wave that had come in over a big cement wall.
