Hi again, we are now flying over Gooseberry Cove which is 
more commonly known as Gooseberry. This is a beautiful 
Provincial Park and Picnic Site located on the Cape Shore of 
Newfoundland. Gooseberry is a small valley characterized by its brook and sandy beach. Extending out from the beach, into the ocean, on each side are fairly big cliffs, who despite their ruggedness are quite splendid. In addition to the brook, beach, and cliffs, there are many trees, of various species, growing around the hillsides. When you combine all of these things the result is a very scenic tourist destination known as Gooseberry.
