The name of our school is Holy Redeemer Elementary. There are about 360 students enrolled in our school from grades K to 9. Our school has a gym, lunch room with a breakfast program, computer lab, music room, and our classroom has a computer with Internet Access. Our building has two floors with Primary grades on the first floor and elementary and intermediate grades on the second.
Spaniard's Bay is located approximately 80 kilometers from St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. The land around Spaniard's Bay is Hilly with valleys running East to West that were carved out by the glaciers some 10,000 years ago. Wildlife in the area mainly consists of moose, fox, ducks and rabbits.
Spaniard's Bay has a library, playground, and a firehall. We all really like going to school. As you can see by viewing our weather data on the previous page that we have had hardly no snow here in Spaniard's Bay. We are now waiting to see if Spring will come.
We predicted that we would not have another six weeks of winter.
