Youth Symposium 2002

Youth from all the north Labrador coast attended the 9th Annual Youth Symposium at Rigolet
from April 22-27th, 2002.
The youth from the community of Nain that attended were Shirley Jararuse, Stacy Dicker,
Conrad Atsatata, April Andersen, Jo Daniels, Sue Ellen Obed, Eric Andersen, and Amber Kohlmeister. The
President of the Rising Youth Council Sheila Angnatok, the youth coordinator Heather Angnatok, and the LIA
youth administrator Elizabeth Ford also attended.

The new President just gave her mom a gift for all the hard work she had done to make the trip a success.

This Symposium was a lot of fun. I hope these Youth Gatherings will
continue so that others will experience and learn new things, and have fun doing it.
