Role of the Student Council: To enable the students of JHMS to become involved in the affairs of the school. Students work with teachers, administrators, parents, and the student body to improve school morale, enhance school spirit, and motivate students and staff. Student council members raise funds for school activities and host various events throughout the school year. At regular council meetings, members share ideas, interests and concerns with teachers and administrators to help improve the school. The student council is the ‘voice' of the entire student body.
