Mary Simms All-Grade School is located in Main Brook, a small fishing and logging community on the Northern Peninsula.
Our school enrollment is currently 62 students who are housed in multi-grade classrooms. Students participate in Pathway I or basic core program. The teaching staff consist of 7 units, all of whom teach full time. Scheduling consist of a 14-day cycle, with 5 1-hour periods.

Over the past number of years we have offered an extensive extra-curricular  program and have developed champion x-country runners and national x-country skiers. Through  a continued school improvement program, we hope to continue with our past success, and at the same time move Mary Simms All-Grade in the direction of becoming a technological competent school.
