We celebrated Literacy Day by wearing our P.J.s to school. Just to be cozy, we also brought along stuffed animals and blankets. What a time we had! In our classroom we read to our animals and made sure that they did all of the grade 2 work that we had to do. It made our work time fun. Something special happened after lunch...it was Madison's birthday and her Mom brought in cupcakes to share. She even took time to read us a book. The day just kept getting better...we had a giant pajama party in the gym with the whole school-and 2 of our classmates read so much that they fell asleep!!
