Our Special Valentines

For The Kindergarten Classes....
Roses are red; daisies are white;
Kindergartens you make every day a delight.
Violets are blue; daffodils are yellow;
Kindergartens you make our hearts jiggle like jello.
For The Grade One classes.....
Roses are red; violets are blue;
Grade one's, we know you work hard too.
Marigolds are orange; brown are the seeds
Grade one's we know you like to read
For The Grade Two Classes....
Grade two's we hope that your Valentine's Day is great. We hope it is quite a treat. We hope you have a happy day, filled with things so sweet.
This poem is for you grade two's because we care.
We can't get more specific. Well yes we can, and here we go...
We think that you're terrific!
For The Grade Three Classes....
Roses are red; I wish they were mine
Grade three's you're smart, happy and kind.
Pansies are pretty and can be quite small.
Grade three's you're the best, Happy Valentine's Day to all!
For Ms. Broomfield and Mme O'Quinn

Special people are on our minds
Each year on Valentine's Day,
The wonderful ones who mean to us
More than we can say.
We respect you and admire you,
and we just wanted you to know
You've made a difference in our lives
and we want to tell you so.
For all the other great people who work at our school.

Eyes can be blue; hair can be brown
We sure are happy that you are around
Making each day cheerful, caring and bright
We look forward to seeing you, making our day just right.
This poem is dedicated to Danielle because she is a bit of a celebrity in our classroom.

A Valentine poem for our Danielle....

On Valentine's Day, the day of affection,
our thoughts naturally turn in your direction.
We think of many things big and small
That you've given to us and given to all.
You see us always in the kindest light;
You are a glow in our life, golden and bright.
You of all the special memories we treasure.
Having you in our lives is nothing but pleasure!
You are a walking example of how to live,
How to share, how to teach, how to love, how to give.
