On February 20th Grades 1-3 at Peacock Primary celebrated the 100th Day of School with an assembly in the gym. We had two special visitors, Loonie and Penny, the 100th Day mascots.  We sang the 100th Day of School Song, read a poem with 100 words, and jumped up and down 100 times. The Grade Two's counted to 100 by 2's, 5's and 10's. Mrs. Rose's Grade 3 class did a play called "Make Up Your Mind Marvin". Ms. Wiseman drew 3 names from each class. These students had to answer a skill-testing question to win a prize. Everyone got them right! The answers were all 100! Everyone was wearing their 100th Day stickers and their buttons that said

Math is Cool in Labrador!
