On Friday, October 1st, Peacock Primary students and staff celebrated being healthy!!
Our assembly started with some healthy tips...and students are "smart cookies" in this area and know what to do to be healthy!! We also spoke about the accomplishments of Terry Fox and how he has helped many people.
We then went for our annual Terry Fox walk. Some students held banners and we walked proudly to support his memory! We raised $ 663.00 for the Terry Fox Foundation!

We ended our day with a Giant Chalk/Dance Party in the parking lot! Students drew pictures and danced to the music playing!
It was a fantastic time and many smiles were seen. Having fun and laughing are key points to being healthy!!
