Peanut Butter Cups
1 pkg sweetened chocolate baking
chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Rice Krispies
cupcake liners
Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a sauce pan. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, icing sugar, and Rice Krispies. Put cupcake liners into muffin pan. Add about 1 Tbsp. of the melted chocolate to the bottom of the liners. Roll a 1 inch ball of the peanut butter mixture, then flatten it. (If you roll the ball with a little flour, it will flatten easier.) Place into the liner. Add another Tbsp. of the melted chocolate over the top. Let set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
