Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
Cream butter and both sugars together well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in
vanilla.
Add:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
Mix well. Drop by small rounded spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, leaving
room for expansion. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 7-9 minutes.
