Rocky Roads
1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 bag of miniature marshmallows
Melt butter, then add chocolate chips and peanut butter. Stir constantly on low
to medium heat until chocolate chips and peanut butter are melted. Let cool
slightly, then add marshmallows. Put mixture into a lightly greased square dish.
Top with coloured sprinkles. Let cool. Cut into squares. Yummy!
