Bacteria Camel

The Bactrian Camelhas two humps. It is found in Central Asia. The Bactrian Camel  has longer hair and is stockier in build than the one - humped Arabian Camel or Dromedary. In the past, hybrids (crossbreeds) of the two species were used widely in Asia. The first Bactrian camels probably lived in Mongolia and in Turkestan, which was called Bactria in ancient times. A few hundred wild Bactrian camels may still roam in some parts of Mongolia, and over a million domesticated ones live in Asia. They can last without water for several days, they are often the only large mammals capable of withstanding arid desert conditions. The Bactrian camel is better appalled to a rocky and cooler region, by virtue of its smaller in size and heavier build. They load as great as 459 kg (1000 lb) can be carried by the Bactrian camel.  It can travel (47 km) (29 mi) in a day.
