YAK

The Yak has brown or black hair that is silky around the shoulders . Its belly and nose almost drag along the ground . Most Yaks can weigh in between 1100 pound and 1200 pounds.

This mammal usually inhabits cold and dry plateaus in or near Tibet. Often more than 1600 feet above sea level.
After many years of  exclusive hunting this  animal it almost became extinct and in most sections of tibet a law has been passed  in some cities  to stop the hunting  of Yaks .
In Tibet  a man can  ride up to 20 miles on the back of a Yak in one day. Plus it's low on grass.
