GIRAFFE    

My favorite zoo animal is the giraffe. It lives south of the Sahara Desert.  African savannah and in the open woodland south of the sahara.  It is the tallest mammal. They are brown to rich chestnut or black.  They drink
every 2-3 days. They eat leaves off trees. A mother giraffe has her babies in the same place every time she calves. This animal lives in herds.
