"Pictures From a Microscope"
MY
QUESTION:
HOW CAN SMALL THINGS HAVE SUCH A BIG EFFECT ON OUR LIVES?

My Hypothesis:
Small particles such as hairs, (cat, dog, human), pollen and dust which we can hardly see join together and grow bigger and bigger eventually clogging up your nasal passage, windpipe and lungs.
Materials:
* a microscope
* a disposable camera
* prepared slides
Procedure:
Step 1. Prepare your slides (hair, dust, pollen etc.)
Step 2. Set up your microscope
Step 3. Place your disposable or digital camera against the eyepiece of the microscope and take the picture.
Step 4. Get the pictures developed or download them to your computer and print them off.
Conclusion:
Small particles such as dust, hair, pollen and other microscopic things can seem small and unimportant but they can cause big problems like allergic reactions and respiratory problems.

Project Summary
1. How did I come up with my project idea?
I came up with my project idea by researching different ideas and this is the one that I was most interested in.
2. What did I learn from my experiment?
I learned many different things can affect you and others, even if they seem small and unimportant.
3. How close was my hypothesis and conclusion?
I guessed that small things can affect us in fairly big ways and my hypothesis was right.
4. Did I learn anything new from my project?
I learned that dust and hairs are small Household things that can have big effects on the body through allergies and other reactions.
5. What was the most interesting thing about my project?
I thought the most interesting thing about my project was viewing these small objects under a microscope.
