Wanda's Little Bake Shop is located on 26 Hardy Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor. It is owned and operated by John and Wanda Gillis. It has four full time and two part time employees.
At this bake shop the key ingredient is the baker's skill. They sell bread and sweets baked from scratch. One of their best sellers is their molasses raisin bread. I love their snowballs and their jumbo oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.
When my class visited the bake shop it was really cool. Mr. and Mrs. Gillis gave us some dough to feel. It was messy, but it was fun. Also, they let us help cut out gingerbread men. They gave everybody a gingerbread man when they were baked. Yummy!
