Help Desk Now is a call center. The call center is located at 32 Queensway Industrial Park in Grand Falls-Windsor. It opened in June 2001. The people who work there talk on the phone. They help people fix their Trac-Phones.
There are over 500 people working there. My mom, Peter, Aunt Darlene, and Aunt Nancy work there. My class went to see Help Desk Now and they gave us note pads, pens, and they picked names to win lunch bags. I got a lunch bag. I had a lot of fun.
