Donnini’s Pizza and Donair first opened in 1994 in the town of Clarenville in Newfoundland and Labrador. Three years later Donnini’s opened a new restaurant in Grand Falls-Windsor on Duggan Street. In the fall of 2003, they moved to their present location on 15 Cromer Avenue.
When the restaurant first opened in 1997 they had a small menu that consisted of pizza, donairs, and subs. When they moved to 15 Cromer Avenue they added fried food and fish, chicken, french fries etc.. They are looking to branch out in the near future to other towns on the Island of Newfoundland.
Donnini's offers all day delivery. When my whole class visited Donnini's to get pictures for my project, the owner gave us pizza and drink. We didn't have to pay a cent. It was very kind of him to do that. Donnini's Pizza and Donair is the Home of the Big Slice! Why don’t you drop by and buy a slice. You’ll probably see my dad. He works there. Their pizza is yummy.
