Mary Brown's

Mary Brown’s has been in Grand Falls-Windsor for more than 25 years.  The first location was on High Street, and then it was moved to 30 Cromer Avenue.  In 2000 it moved to its present location, 32 Cromer Avenue.  The present owner is David Sills.  He bought the franchise in 1991.  Presently, there are approximately fifteen people working at Mary Brown's.  My mom has worked there for fourteen years.  She has been assistant manager for seven years.
Mary Brown’s is famous for its chicken and taters.  They are cooked in a sealed deep fryer, not a pressure cooker, using 100% canola oil.  Its secret ingredients and marination give the chicken its great taste.  Mary Brown's is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to12:00 midnight for your convenience.  You can eat in, take out, or you can use the drive thru.  The friendly staff is eager to serve you.
Thank you Mr. Sills, for giving me and my four classmates a great cap and some of your delicious chicken and taters when we visited your restaurant with our teacher.  Our teacher loves your chicken and taters, too.  I love eating Mary Brown’s chicken and taters.  Drop by Mary Brown's and say hello to my mom while you're there.  Her name is Ann.
