Stan Dawe Limited
Stan Dawe Limited is a building supplies store. It is located on 19 Hardy Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor. The store is owned by the Dawe Brothers and it opened for business in the year 2000. Munden King is the manager. Ten people work there in the summer and in the winter only six people work there. The employees are really nice especially my uncle, Fred Bouzane. He delivers lumber and other stuff to people if they don’t have a way to get it.
At Stan Dawe Limited you can buy building supplies such as lumber, siding, shingles, windows, doors, paint, etc.. Stan Dawe Limited is a dealer for Kento Windows and Doors. Stan Dawe Limited has a wide variety of door and window styles and designs to enhance the beauty of your home. They sell Cameron Ashley Entrance Systems. They are an authorized dealer for Jeld Wen Windows and Doors DF Windows Collection. You can even get your keys cut there.
After school one day four of my classmates and I visited Stan Dawe Limited with our teacher and Denika Lewis’s mom. We carried our Flat Pen Pals from Tany’s Dell School in Harlow, England with us. My flat pen pal, Flat Romeo Ghansha, got to ride in a wheelbarrow with me. We went out in the yard where they keep all the lumber and we all sat on the big forklift. The best part was when I got to pretend I was driving a big transport truck in the yard. It was lots of fun. Thank you, Uncle Fred, for the wonderful tour of Stan Dawe Limited.
